PENGURUSAN HARTANAH DI UITM SERI ISKANDAR

Hello owlies, Siapa yang dapat course pengurusan hartanah or nak apply course pengurusan hartanah tapi taktahu course pengurusan hartanah tu apa, you guys have to read it until the end okay? Pengurusan hartanah or Estate Management (EM) ni sebenanrya tak banyak ditawarkan. cuma ada di UITM Seri Iskandar dan UTM sahaja untuk diploma. you guys boleh sambung course ni di uitm shah alam for degree. Basically, masa sem 1 cuma belajar 4 subjects je. 1. Introduction to valuation 2. Building Technology 3. Introduction to Law Property 4. Land Surveying Antara 4 courses ni 3 je hardcore, yang land surveying tu non-core and takde paper final exam but still ada tests. okay, i will explain briefly for each subject. 1. Introduction to Valuation Masa valuation ni dia akan ajar 6 topics, contohnya, investment. nanti you guys belajar lah type of investment, share, stocks and so on. oh, time topic 6 ada banyak kira kira and masa test or final tak dibekalkan formula. sedih sangat weh. mema...

ASASI TESL INTERVIEW

Hello owlies, seems spm result is upcoming, do you guys know what is tesl course? if you guys planned want to take tesl course so here i really wanna share with you guys some tips for tesl interview. so if you guys nak tahu tesl tu apa. you have to read it until the end okay? TESL is Teaching English as Second Language . you guys maybe end up jadi lecturer or translator. so apa yang i nak bagitahu, i am really interested in english. that does not mean i am good in english but i really want to learn english. so masa dalam upu tu i isi uitm-tesl as my number one choice. so long short story, i got for the interview. masa tu i tengah kerja, so masa lunch i check la whether i selected for the interview or not. i am very lucky because i got it. oh yeah, i interview masa 2017 so maybe ada tips i yang dah tak valid. if you guys want to apply for tesl course, your spm result must got at least A solid for english and credit for the other subjects. masa trial spm i only got A- for my...

A little introduction

Hello dudes, So first of all, i will introduce myself. I’m ereen and I’m 19 years old. Fuh, I’m too old actually. I will mix the bahasa and english language so people would not be bored. I’m studying in UiTM Seri Iskandar in Estate Management. My semester 1 just ended, that’s why I have time to blogging. I’m the eldest from 4 siblings and I have 3 younger brothers. Thank god, they are not-so-hard-to-handle. So, that’s all from me now. See you guys soon in my next post 🌈
